Welcome friend! I am here to inspire you to transform, heal and discover your best self. I know just how hard it is to take the time for self-care. I know just how challenging it can be to navigate the ever-changing flow of “health” and “fitness” information. Using a modern approach to ancient wisdom, I offer you antidotes to the stress of modern life. I get it (I live it): modern life can be incredibly stressful. Please, don’t let it stand between you and the health of yourself and your family. Learn how to create a rhythm of positive and nourishing habits that leave you rejuvenated, energized and fulfilled. Here, I offer you solutions from the ancient teachings of yoga and Ayurvevda, blended with the teachings of Joseph Pilates. My hope is to inspire you to take better care of you….. Improve your quality of life, reach your potential – and thrive! I believe in you. I know you can do it. Let me be your guide.
Jean is a published author, teacher, Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner and Whole Health Advocate. She is a Yoga Momma and Pilates Hotty that craves movement, real food and the outdoors. She’s a lover of herbs, essential oils, warm beverages and good friends. She’s a hoarder of books, and loves to write. She requires open space, and finds therapy in managing her family flock of chickens, small herd of milk goats, dogs and garden. Jean has spent years working to master the art of living.
